This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that London.WS does not own or control that are featured on London.WS and whose offers you may receive via our Newsletter
 
Your controls & privacy rights

You can request the rectification of your information by us.  You can request that we delete your information, and London.WS will carry out this request

Withdrawing consent

You have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of our Services at any time. You can exercise this right by sending an email requesting this to admin@e-debit.com . You also can choose to delete your London.WS account by sending an email requesting this to admin@e-debit.com . and we will delete your account

To fulfil your requests and when authorised by you.

To help advertisers and operators connect to offer relevant advertising to you via Newsletters we send to you.
To contact you with information about your account or with marketing messages, which you can also control
To detect and defend against fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity and to keep our Services safe and secure.     
 
What are our legal bases for the use of the information?

We mainly rely on three separate bases to lawfully process your information. Firstly, we need to process your information in certain ways to provide our Services to you, in accordance with our Terms of Service. This processing is necessary to perform the contract between you and us, and our Terms of Service make it clear that processing of your information for the purposes of personalised content and ads is a necessary part of the Services we provide.

New ownership

If the ownership or control of all or part of London.WS  changes as a result of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, we may transfer your information to the new owner

Children’s privacy protection

Our services are not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. We do not intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.
 
Changes

We may amend or update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so you should check it periodically.  If we make changes of a material nature, we will provide you with appropriate notice before such changes take effect.
